Juniors from Mrs. Howerton's American Literature class took a trip to the Tulsa Central Library in downtown Tulsa. The students were taking an opportunity to see the resources offered by the library including those that could be used for their research paper which they recently started. The library, 3 stories tall, has just recently had a major renovation completed. Students were able to see many of the new and returning features including laptop check-out, study rooms, lab for textile work (sewing, screen printing, music recording, 3D printing, etc), adult learning lab, and of course, books. Special thanks goes to the staff of the library for providing a tour of the facility, a presentation of the database information, and helping with information.
